Carlos Iglesias

Carlos Iglesias, age 72, passed away on April 3rd, 2026. He would have said to be happy for him, because he would be with Jesus in Heaven. Still, the love he brought and loss felt leaves us announcing his departure from this world with heavy hearts. Carlos, if he could, would console all his loved ones left behind.

His children all knew him as a devoted, loving, and protective father who always had wisdom and encouragement to share. His wife, Teresa, also knew him as a loving, caring and faithful husband who held her on a pedestal. They were married for 45 years. All knew him to have an unshakeable faith that he always believed carried him through all that life brought.

We don't know the why to his health tribulations, but we know by the end he was wanting to go "home". Each family member knew, that if the roles were reversed, no one would have fought and loved harder than he to help his ill family member.

Carlos had a tender heart, a big laugh and love for music. His heart and kindness was always remembered by his family and kept them by his side when his illness began to take from him who he was. Carlos was strong, with his heart being his greatest strength.

In his younger days, his cousins described him as a role model who succeeded in anything he put his mind to.

His heart for his family and for others will live on in his family as they continue united and in support of one another.

Carlos is survived by his wife, Teresa Iglesias, children, Linda, Cindy, Eric and David, and grandchildren Makyle, Zoey and Aiden.
