John Kubli

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John Scott Kubli, on April 17th, 2026. He was born February 28th 1959 in San Bernardino, CA.
He moved to Lake Havasu with a couple friends right after graduation but ended up back in the Long Beach area where he met his wife Joni. He always had a love for this town and decided he would move his family here in 1995 and has been a resident ever since. John had a tremendous amount of love for his family and friends and would go out of his way to help anyone when needed. He had a great love for cars (well as long as it was a Chevy), motorcycles, and boats. Anything with a motor he enjoyed working on. His garage was his sanctuary, a place filled with memories, tools and the projects he loved.
John leaves behind his legacy to his daughters Jill DeVos and Jessica Kubli, granddaughters Rieley and Kennedy DeVos, grandson Michael Obermeyer, son in laws Nick DeVos and Erik Obermeyer, brother Jeff Kubli, and sister Jennifer Archer. He now joins his late father John Kubli, mother Wanda Kubli, and loving wife Joni Kubli in eternal peace.
