Picabo Lietz

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Picabo Lietz, a beloved member of the Lietz family and a cherished companion. This spirited little canine, who departed on February 7th, 2020, was much more than a pet; Picabo was a true member of the family, filling their lives with unconditional love, joy, and laughter.

Born into a family with deep roots in Lake Havasu City, Picabo was the furry child of Walter Lietz, and his wife Donna. Walt, a pioneer of Lake Havasu City and the founder of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, along with Donna, instilled a deep love for pets in his household, one that continues to echo through the years.

Picabo's spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those left behind. Picabo is survived by the loving human mom, Donna, who continues to carry on the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home legacy. Picabo's human sister, Dani, will remember Picabo's playful antics with fondness. Not to be forgotten is Kristen Lietz, the President of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, who undoubtedly shared numerous memorable moments with Picabo. Picabo's departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, but the memory remains as a beacon of love, reminding us of the beautiful bond we share with our four-legged friends.
