Sharon Marie Hunter

Sharon Marie Hunter, 79, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2026. She was born on March 17, 1947, in New York, and was raised in California before eventually making her home in Golden Shores, Arizona.

Sharon was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was known for her selflessness, kindness, and unwavering devotion to everyone she met. She had a heart that always seemed to have room for someone else, and she gave her love freely and wholeheartedly.

As a mother and grandmother, Sharon’s greatest joy was caring for the people she loved. She gave endlessly of herself and always did everything in her power to make sure her family was cared for and never went without. Her generosity, warmth, and unconditional love left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Sharon is survived by her beloved husband, Buddy Hunter; her sons, Lance Gregory (Tina Gregory), Bobby Hunter (Adrianna Hunter), and Ronny Hunter (Kimi Hunter); her daughters, Monica Robey and Jessica Hunter (Nathaniel Farrer); and her sister, Patricia Show. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Agnes and Billy Lindsley; her son, Billy Hunter; and her siblings, Lorraine Barnhardt and Donald Kane.

Sharon leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, selflessness, and devotion. Her memory will live on through her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends. Though she will be deeply missed, the love she gave so freely will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her forever.
